Birthstone Midwifery offers licensed home birth midwifery care throughout Southern California, with a focus on Riverside County home birth, San Diego County home birth, and the surrounding Inland Empire — including Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Corona, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Winchester, Hemet, Fallbrook, Oceanside, and Escondido. As a California Licensed Midwife (LM) and Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), Tayna Chessman provides comprehensive prenatal care, continuous labor support, newborn care, and postpartum care for low-risk pregnancies. VBAC home birth support is also available for qualifying families. All care is grounded in evidence-based practice, informed consent, and deep respect for each family's values and birth goals.
