Meet your Midwife
I'm so glad you're here.
Midwifery is deeply personal to me. I became a midwife to improve outcomes for women — and to offer the kind of care I wish I'd had during my own pregnancies. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting more than 200 families, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and never judged. (When I'm not at a birth, you'll probably find me in my garden harvesting herbs or mixing up a home remedy — I'm a certified herbalist with a soft spot for plant medicine and a well-stocked apothecary.)
I believe you have the right to birth in a way that feels right for you. My role is to give you clear, evidence-based information, walk you through risks and benefits, and support you in making decisions that align with your body, your intuition, and your values. Think of me as your calm, knowledgeable guide — not your gatekeeper. My clients often say they feel at ease, not judged, and fully supported every step of the way.
Whether I'm with you in your home or supporting you virtually, my approach stays the same: grounded, focused, and ready for whatever comes. I believe good clinical judgment and a warm bedside manner aren't opposites — you deserve both. And if you ever want to bond over a classic martial arts film while you wait for early labor to pick up, I'm absolutely the midwife for you. (Kickboxer. Best of the Best. Enter the Dragon. In that order.)
My goal is simple, to make sure you feel safe, supported, and confident in every decision you make throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey, so you can move through this experience feeling informed, empowered, and truly cared for.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
Step 1: Getting to Know You
Your care begins with a conversation. We take time to talk through your goals, your health history, and what matters most to you for your pregnancy, birth, or overall care.
This is a space where you can ask questions, share openly, and feel supported from the very beginning.
Step 2: Personalized Care Planning
Based on your needs, we create a plan that supports your vision while prioritizing safety.
You’ll receive clear information, guidance, and options so you can make informed decisions that feel right for your body and your experience.
Step 3: Ongoing Support & Care
Throughout your care, you’ll have consistent support, education, and guidance. Whether in-person or virtual, I’m here to help you feel prepared, confident, and never alone in your journey.
Step 4: Continued Support & Follow-Up
Care doesn’t stop after a single visit or even after birth. I continue to support you through postpartum, recovery, and any questions that come up along the way.
Your care is built on relationship, trust, and ongoing connection.
Step 5: You’re Never Doing This Alone
Throughout your care, my goal is for you to feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
Whether you’re navigating decisions, preparing for birth, or adjusting in the postpartum period, you’ll always have someone in your corner. This is not just about appointments it’s about building a relationship where you feel safe, heard, and truly cared for.
