Postpartum & Newborn Care in Temecula, Murrieta & Surrounding Areas

The postpartum period often called the fourth trimester is a time of healing, adjustment, and transformation for both you and your baby. You deserve care that supports your recovery, protects your well-being, and helps you feel confident as you step into motherhood.

With in-home midwifery care, you receive personalized support for both you and your baby without the stress of leaving your home during those early weeks.

The weeks after birth are one of the most critical times for both maternal and newborn health. Many complications and challenges—both physical and emotional—occur during the first six weeks postpartum, making consistent, knowledgeable care essential.

At the same time, this is also a time of bonding, learning your baby, and adjusting to a completely new rhythm of life. With the right support, recovery is smoother, breastfeeding success improves, and families feel more confident and connected.

My role is to ensure you are not navigating this time alone.
